  2. Creating an environment where employees are encouraged to grow and use their skills to their greatest potential, and to efficiently use the workforce's skills and abilities
  3. Assisting in maintaining performance standards and increasing productivity through job design, orientation, training, and development, performance feedback, and effective two-way communication.
  4. Assisting to implement and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  5. The goal is to help create and maintain a positive working connection between employer and employee.
  6. Creating programs to address employees' economic, psychological, and social requirements while retaining productive employees
  7. Ensuring compliance with workplace regulations (such as human rights, employment fairness, occupational health and safety, employment standards, and labour relations legislation). To assist the organization in its goals

  9. Enhancing employee happiness and self-actualization
  10. Enhance and sustain work-life balance

  12. To preserve ethical standards.

The above mentioned HRM objectives can be categorized in to four main objectives

1) Societal Objectives: Ensure that the organization is socially responsible to the society's requirements and difficulties while reducing the organization's negative influence. Non-socially beneficial organizations may face constraints.

2) Organizational Objectives: HRM plays a vital role in achieving organizational objectives. It ensures that HRM is not a solitary department, but rather a tool to help the organization achieve its goals. HR exists to help the organization.

3) Functional Objectives: Preserve the department's contribution to the organization. Human resources must adapt to the organization's needs. The department's value should not outweigh the organization's.

4) Personnel Objectives: To support employees in achieving personal goals that enhance their contribution to the organization. Personal goals of employees must be met to keep them motivated.
